I commend you, Adam, for teaching people to empower themselves as healers. I believe that it is innate in all of us. I can think of no metaphore or cute quip other than we have just 'lost it' somehow. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and have gone through all the coursework, etc. I cannot help going back to my original premise of "grandma's hands." Grandma's hands have healed for eons. I have always believed that we thrive when we are loved unconditionally by others or ourselves. It is the purest form of light. Quantum or otherwise.
