What happened at Adams workshop is when I linked up with others aura's, I was able to do what I had not been able to do for many months: bring the energy directly through me and open completely to the flow of the energy. It was a tremendously blissful and healing experience to be able again to let go to this flow.

A bit more minor, I had my back spasms, which had seriously hindered me for several days, completely disappear. Unluckily, my pain from a ruptured disc and severe knee arthritis did not miraculously disappear, but I was expecting that to be more long term and involve personal work.
