I just wanted to write and thank you all for a wonderful day today.
I didn't have a chance to stop and speak to you after as I had to rush for a train, but wanted to share my experiences of the day with you.

I believe something was happening (you had us all working or connecting early) last night/ early hours of this morning as a number of the people I spoke to during the day including myself reported waking early around 4:30 / 5am today. I couldn't sleep and ended up just lying there in my bed waiting for the alarm to go. My mind was working overtime but not on anything in particular that I can remember.

During the first group treatment the moment the music stopped to signal starting to work on expanding our auras both myself and the lady next to me felt a strong cold breeze blow over us. It was like the door had been opened however due to the timing I find this highly unlikely.

I have over the last two weeks had a strep throat infection (tonsillitis) which I've been taking antibiotics for. The antibiotics stopped yesterday and my throat had been much better for the last couple of days. However this morning it had started to hurt again, so I chose this as my main target for my healing intention. I used the fire visualisation and although had no immediate effect, knew it would be fine. After lunch I realised that the pain had in fact gone totally.
I felt warmth from the energies during the first session. I was fascinated with "peaking" at Adam during the treatment and watching his movements. I wished I had been more central as I wanted to try and see if his face transfigured (Over laid with the face of another's energy) whilst in his trance.

In the afternoon session I found the energies to be much cooler in general, although I did experience heat down the left side of my face (I wasn't sitting near the lady who mentioned in the afternoon, although I did hear someone else near me say they had the heat on the face/ head too).
Although I didn't feel any emotional sensations during the treatment when the afternoon ended and I stood up to leave, it then hit me and I wanted to sit and cry (of course being typically British I didn't. I stopped myself as the lights were now up ) so I left with the promise to myself that I'd find time to release this energy tonight when I got home again.
