I feel significantly different, more optimistic and restored, re-energized. I have been practicing the visualizations everyday since, for myself and for my husband and others. I have a sense of belonging to the universe again and being part of the oneness of everything. I fear to take a nose dive but I know that my intention is vital and experience it in a very real way. There was much that was helpful, it really is self-empowering. I want my husband and sons to have the same realization for themselves and intent to invite them to participate in Van in May. I feel also that the healing continues and I feel as if Adam continues on with the group even after the event and so does the group with each other. It's a great feeling not to feel abandoned afterward but a real sense of continuum. We really are in this together. A friend of mine died shortly after the event but I was able to help him pass with some visualization with more confidence and continue to work with his spirit.
