Good morning, Adam and thank for the experience of healing.

I attended the workshop on May 25th in Victoria. I am a 56 year female and for many years I have had frequent urinary tract infections. The pain and discomfort of these infections is tremondous and can only be understood by someone who suffers from them. I describe it as 'peeing razorblades'. This is accompanied by bladder spasms, groin pain, occasionally a fever and always the feeling of being unwell. I have taken so many antibiotics for it that now I am resistant to most of them. There are times when I finished one course of antibiotics and the infection would return within 2 or 3 days. My urine frequently shows white cells and blood even when I do not have symptoms of burning and frequency. I hated being on the antibiotics so would do whatever I could to prevent infections. I drink plenty of fluids and increase the amount when I begin to notice the burning starting. I have seen a Urologist who placed me on a daily dose of antibiotic as a preventative measure. I was taking this medication for over 3 years, at times daily, at other times only when I felt the onset of an infection starting.

At your workshop I determined to be rid of these infections once and for all. During the morning session I did the visualization I had prepared. On inhalation I imagined a ray of golden healing light energy entering through the top of my head, and entering into my heart. I chose the heart as it would pump the blood and healing energy throughout my body. As I continued to inhale and exhale I visualized the healing light traveling through the heart, to the lungs, back to the heart, out to the Aorta and into my kidneys, and down through the ureters. It really does help to know the anatomy. From the ureters I visualized the healing light entering my bladder, where I asked it to remain and do healing until the next time I voided.

During the session as I did this visualization I felt Adam's energy connecting with mine and I knew the visualization had worked. I had concentrated very hard and found myself exhausted following the session. The afternoon session is a bit of a blur because I felt so drained and found myself frequently nodding off during the session. That night I slept very soundly and when I got up to go to the bathroom the first thing I noted was my urine. First the musty smell I usually have was absent and the color was very clear. Normally my urine was very cloudy.

My urine has remained clear since then and I have not had a bladder infection. There are times when I void when I feel a slight burning sensation at the end of the stream and at that time I immediately do my visualization. I have not taken the daily dose of antibiotic since. The great part is there are times when I do not think about it at all. It was such a problem before it was always on my mind and now I rarely think about it.
