Hi, Adam and Family,

I attended the L.A. workshop in December and am back home now in Maine. Well worth the trip and an honor to be with and meet you.

I came to the workshop with mainly back pain to work on. I remember Adam saying, "some get worse before they get better". That's me! By the time I got home I was rididled with lots more pain and in places I hadn't felt pain before. It almost felt like I "caught" something at the workshop. It gave me some more "homework" to do and I've been doing it. Maybe I just became more aware of pain I already had. I have taken the opportunity to use visualizations and positive thought to work on the pain. Thank you so much for the giving that you do and for making this world a much better place! I am feeling better already.
