Since we sign you in for the conference by name, you need to update your online registration account to indicate that there has been a name change. It is your responsibility that all personal information is updated so that we can correspond with the person who would be attending in your place.

Absolutely not. Any changes to your medication should be discussed between you and your doctor. It is not necessary to change medications in order to use your intentions for healing. Your thoughts and intentions can be used in conjunction with any medical treatment.
